I have used Microsoft Office Web App for almost two years and it worked flawlessly. However, today I try to enter it and it tells me that my Office 365 account cannot be used with Outlook. I haven't changed my account at all and I had never received this error before. Please help, I really need to access my emails because I have exams and I need to communicate with my teachers, and this is my school account.
This is what the error message states:
This account can't be used to access Outlook.com
You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click to sign out of your Office 365 account,
then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).
