I have just bought a new laptop and installed Office 2007. This is the same Office 2007 I installed on my old machine. The problem is when I use Excel for example, Alt-click on a cell brings up the "Research Options" but there are only translation options available. I have tried everything to get more options but there is no "Get services from Office Marketplace" option like my other PC's have and if I try to "Add services" by copying the URL of the available services on my other PC's, it is not recognised and I get "no services were added because the service provider did not provide any valid information"
At wits end - HELP!
