task bar icons collection

I have 32-bit Windows 7 and the icons on the right side of the task bar are collected into a small square wiindow. I like that, it saves taskbar space. I also have 64-bit windows 7, but cannot find out how to create that small collection of icons.

Is this even available with 64-bit Win 7?

Had to guess at the forum, so feel free to move this if necessary.
