How do I realistically determine if unknown files discovered by Comodo Internet Security are harmful, or merely safe files?

I ran a scan after the IE-11 hole was revealed and Comodo Internet Security listed 31 unknown files, including such files as system.ni.dll, glcnd.exe, sttray64.exe, etc. So how do I, as an average user,  realistically determine if they are harmful or beneign, and how to deal with them if they are maleware? Thanks.
