Currently, the your staff refused to reply my emails, Ms Antonette refused to listen to my telephones calls while I wait; she is "busy" with customers and refused to return call to me after leaving messages to her colleagues to phone back to me. My many emails were not answered correctly by Lisa Thanh. She refused to give me correct answers but full of allegations which I am not pleased. Both Lisa Thanh and Antonette had made many mistakes and also did not tell me full or complete details or information.
Both of them did not give the person name, email account and what department to contact at below. Until now they refused to reveal to me?;
