Install a "Communication cable between two Computers" Automatically

Hi,

I am trying to communicate with a special hardware. To do this I have to add a Modem (Communication cable between two Computers) from the windows control panel. I want to do the same with C# (Registry,Pinvoke, API's any thing will do) .

Control Panel-> Phones and Modems->Modems->Add->Next->Next->"Communication cable between two Computers" + Next->Selected Ports->Finish

I have tried http://support.microsoft.com/kb/194941?wa=wsignin1.0 this link. But its not working. If any one got any idea ,Please let me know.
